Online Sales Agent at Catilas Resources Limited in Lekki-Ajah, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and service-oriented Online Sales Agent to oversee and lead sales of donation cards and other digital goods through online channels. The preferred candidate will have exceptional verbal abilities, robust emotional intelligence, and the capability to supply an outstanding customer experience while delivering set revenue goals.

Primary duties

• Engage clients competently through online channels, responding promptly to questions.
• Advance and sell donation cards and associated goods to current and prospective clients.
• Offer precise product information, settle client service issues, and check in until solution.
• Preserve a high level of client support to guarantee fulfillment and repeat business.
• Organize with the processes team to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.
• Keep precise sales records and offer documentation as necessary.
• Actively support creative thoughts to enhance the online sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates must possess finished NYSC.
• At least 2 years of related experience in online sales, client support, or relevant field.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Robust client support onboarding with a pleasant and specialist demeanor.
• Skilled computer competencies, which includes the use of Office productivity software resources.
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and deliver on time.
• Emotional intelligence and team spirit to operate harmoniously with teammates.
• Must be committed to work changes, which includes night obligations.
• Must reside within Lekki–Ajah, Lagos.
