Overview

We're looking for a practical technical leader in charge of designing, conceptualizing, and optimizing ability to scale, secure, and dependable software operational structures. Operating under the direction of the Executive manager for Software Engineering, this position supplies sophisticated initiatives across digital channels, work collaboratively APIs, product channels, and enterprise backend integrations. The preferred candidate possesses in-depth specialized skill in backend and/or mobile application engineering, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD procedures, supports to architectural discussions, trains entry-level engineers, and works cross-operationally with product, Quality assurance, Development-operations, and operational base teams to guarantee dispatch superiority in sync with business key focuses.

Duties

• Head engineering implementation across mobile and backend channels during migration.
• Establish and ensure adherence to architecture guidelines, visual design rules, and industry standards.
• Supervise CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and effectiveness optimization.
• Work alongside cloud architects, Development-operations, guard, Quality assurance, and data analysis teams.
• Train engineers, oversee escalations, and own dispatch across phases.
• Lead cross-operational alignment to guarantee operational base velocity and reliability.
• Head technical due diligence and shape implementation compliance.
• Oversee engineering productivity, backlogs, and technical debt prioritization.
• Support to orientation, ability evaluations, and ability development frameworks.

Credentials Education:

Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field. MSC or executive technology executive guidance programs (optional but advantageous).

Expertise:

• 4+ years of software engineering expertise, which includes backend and mobile operational structures.
• 3+ years top technical groups or squads in high-growth, high-accessibility environments.
• Established history in large-scale cloud migration and modernization endeavors.
• Expertise coordinating distributed teams and supplying under high-velocity terms.
• Participation in DR setup, operational base stabilization, or structure takeover will be an added advantage.
• Established leadership in building and scaling cross-operational base mobile apps using React Native.
• Robust backend development expertise in Java (Spring Boot), which includes RESTful API design, third-party service consolidation, and secure authentication flows.
• Practical experience with cloud-native operational structures on Azure (AKS, App Solutions, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Front Door, Application Gateway).
• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), API gateway execution, and service modularization.
• Expertise designing and executing CI/CD pipelines and structure-as-code processes.
• Understanding with observability and issue resolution process tools utility (Azure Track, App Findings, Sentry, Datadog).
• Verified ability to align technical dispatch with business targets and UX targets.
• Strong insight of Nimble/Scrum procedures, sprint organizing, estimation, and iterative dispatch.
• Trained entry-level and intermediate engineers, supported to recruiting, and conceptualize orientation strategies.
• Exposure to data analysis, function flag operational structures, crash supervising, and telemetry for ongoing development.
