Responsibilites
- In charge of organizing & synchronization of the entire plan, execution, and team management for Installer Process，based on business plans and Sales Allocation.
- Establish and improve installer membership system through specialist development, reward, public involvement, and interactive initiatives. Promote stable business connections with itel Corporate identity and EPCs & installers to lead EPC-side sales.
- Offer customized development for internal/external customers (e.g., installers, channel associates, new employees) to advance Corporate identity, Product, Service & Sales Regulatory framework, and empower sector awareness & competencies.
- Track market and rival dynamics through market analysis to supply information assist for business development.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Business Management, Processes, or relevant field.
- Robust schedule control and capability to assign priorities to tasks.
- Logical and process-oriented with a concentration on effectiveness.
- Flexibility to manage unexpected modifications and business hurdles.
- Client support onboarding and team partnership competencies.
