Digital producer and Relation Officer at MyMedicalBank Limited in Lagos

Position summary

We are at present looking for an driven and energetic Digital producer who can also serve as assist to our client support. You will be the storyteller behind our online presence, capturing, producing and exchanging compelling content that reflects our corporate identity while also assisting our client support online and offline.

Position Overview

Produce compelling content across social platforms. Build and sustain connections with clients, customers and essential staff within third party entities.

Duties

• Produce compelling and suitable video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
• Oversee social platforms posting plans for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Refine video and photo while preserving a regular corporate identity beauty therapy
• Report to higher support tier and settle client service issues competently
• Keep records of client engagements, process client accounts and file documents.

Person Requirements

• Expertise in content formation and client assistance
• Proficient abilities in photo/video capture and editing (Adobe premiere, CapCut, Canvas etc.)
• Understanding with CRM operational structures and procedures
• Client onboarding and capability to address different types of characters
• Clear articulation and public speaking.
