Accounting officer / Business data analyst at Bonzee Consulting in Ikorodu/Ikeja - Lagos

Duties

• Organize and evaluate balance sheet and income statement, which includes balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and money movement statements.
• Produce various financial statements for within and outside the organization participants, offering findings into the organization's financial health.
• Verify that every finance records and statements adhere with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Finance reporting Guidelines (IFRS) and applicable regulations and rules.

Taxation:

• Calculate taxes owed and organize precise tax returns (e.g., earnings tax, sales tax, wage processing tax).
• Guarantee promptness tax payments and adherence with all tax legal provisions and rules.
• Offer tax organizing guidance to reduce tax financial obligations.

Auditing and Adherence:

• Carry out internal audits to evaluate financial processes, recognize risks, and ensure internal regulates are efficient.
• Help with external audits by offering necessary recordkeeping and descriptions.
• Formulate and execute accounting rules and standardized processes to preserve robust financial regulates.

Wage processing:

Supervise wage processing processing, making sure precise calculation of salaries, conclusions, and tax withholdings. Ensure adherence with wage processing legal provisions and rules.

Software Competence:

Utilize financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials) and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Excel spreadsheet software) productively.
