Top level Supervisor at Dangote Industries Limited in DIL HQ-Lag

Position Overview

The Top level Supervisor plays a main responsibility in assisting budgeting, cost compliance, and results tracking in Dangote Fertilizer Limited. The position ensures transparency, responsibility, and alignment with strategic targets through thriving company directing procedures. 

Results tracking:

• Establish and track key financial and business KPIs to evaluate output at Dangote Fertilizer Ltd
• Organize every month and quarterly results documentation with clear findings and strategic guidance.
• Assist the development of effectiveness dashboards, scorecards, and profit evaluation resources.
• Coordinate consistent effectiveness assessments and assist the formation of management cockpits

Business Directing:

• Organize the organizing, financial planning, and predicting cycles
• Offer business-related and financial findings to business units to assist strategic judgment.
• Lead alignment across processes, procurement, and business-related teams to meet financial targets
• Assist programs to enhance MIS utilization and lead financial transparency and precision.

Operational Skills:

• Robust financial strategic insight with practical expertise in financial planning, financial difference assessment, and finance reporting.
• Understanding with Enterprise platform planning operational structures (e.g., SAP FI/CO, BPC) and BI resources (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Robust logical thinking with the capability to analyze sophisticated data, recognize patterns, and formulate practical findings that assist financial and business strategic judgment.
• Verified ability to operate jointly within cross-operational and matrixed teams, nurturing teamwork, reciprocal regard, and alignment toward common targets.
