Job Description

Position Goal

To formulate and execute the Human resource management plan in alignment with the corporate plan in order to draw in, formulate and retain the skills.

Primary duties / Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Executive manager – HR to execute the company’s people targets and plan.
  • Strategize formulate and execute human resource management rules, methods and programs to assist the company’s personnel adherence and plan needs.
  • Perform study and evaluation of organisational practices which includes development of skilled documentation and indicators.
  • Stay informed on practices, industry standards, compliance-related modifications, and emerging technical solutions in human resource management and job law, and submit application this expertise to endorse modifications in rules, procedures, and assets.
  • Recognize manpower planning and hiring needs; conceptualizes and performs industry standards for recruiting and human resource management.
  • Oversee the onboarding and mentoring of new employees and supports prompt consolidation into PNG.
  • In charge of the development and execution of Promasidor’s development program based on recognition of employees’ competencies differences.
  • Guarantee adherence with the selection evaluation benchmarks for negotiating external development vendors and advisors.
  • In charge of project setup and supervising of development spend against the corporate development financial plan.
  • Advance PNG as a great place to operate by conceptualizing and sharing information a robust EVP.
  • Supervise human resource management programs, lead development of succession organizing programs to guarantee appropriate bench power.

Qualifications

  • A Bsc in Human resources Management or associated discipline necessary; MSC preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience across all Human resources disciplines, which includes hiring process, remuneration & perks, workplace engagement, development and development, workers remuneration and dispute settlement.
  • Prior expertise operating with a FMCG company is recommended.
  • Expertise operating with a multifaceted staff.
