Role summary

• Installing and arranging computing equipment, software, operational structures, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Current expertise in the latest IT and software practices
• Supervising and preserving digital infrastructure and networks
• Responding without delay to service concerns and requests
• Offering IT assistance across the organization
• Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Repairing and replacing tools as necessary
• Running test new tech.

Credentials

• Higher national diploma in Computer Science or associated fields
• 1 to 2 years related experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage.
