Role summary

The material planner is an crucial part of the SC organizing team and ensures the flow of unedited and wrapping (direct & indirect) materials necessary for all generation processes. Planners make sure that the organization never runs out of necessary production operations materials. The candidate may be necessary to execute physically intensive work, which includes surveying stock and evaluating the generation line. The candidate typically works consistent business hours but may be necessary to come in on evenings or weekends when operating on large orders or to handle generation concerns.

Qualifications

• First Academic qualification in any numerate discipline
• Good comprehension of the APO-SNP environment.
• Capability to offer strong strategies, solving the short term concerns.
• Expertise in stock chain management, organizing and stock management principles which includes S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Organizing, SAP, MPS and MRP;
• Domain specialist (SME) for Stock Organizing Team in engagement to RM/PM procurement process and system data.
