Main Primary duties

• Carry out Routine settlement of sales answer to bank account statements.
• Effectiveness of bank adjustments on a consistent and prompt basis.
• Effectiveness of intercompany accounts and settlement periodically.
• Precise recording of financial entries and financial record in the general ledger.
• Operating with Outstanding bills sub-unit to guarantee expenditures are properly accrued and captured.
• Collation of data inputs and assumptions from various Heads of Departments during planning of yearly financial plans.
• Offer management with prompt, applicable financial information to better comprehend the business and cost/income profile.
• Oversee the financial plan and projection methods by collecting all financial information necessary for the yearly and strategic organizing process.
• Helping in project setup of combined group balance sheet and income statement
• Helping in the project setup of department financial plan financial difference assessment.
• Project setup of on a weekly basis sales documentation.
• Offering of assist to external auditors during statutory audits.
