Job Description

Design eye-catching graphics for multimedia marketing, news stories, documentaries, podcasts, and branded content.
Work alongside editors, producers, and promotion teams to formulate graphics for websites, social platforms, video content, email promotions outreach, and press kits.
Preserve graphics uniformity across all Tilden Media content channels, making sure alignment with corporate identity identity.
Formulate data visuals, title cards, thumbnails, and motion-prepared assets for video generation.
Stay updated with media and market trends to guarantee our content remains fresh, modern, and attractive.
Oversee various design projects at the same time, often with tight due dates and quick turnarounds.

Bsc in Graphic Design, Information exchange Design, Media Arts, or a relevant field.
3+ years of expertise in a dynamic media, publishing, or innovative agency environment.
Skilled in Adobe Innovative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); expertise with Figma or Canva will be an added advantage.
Robust project sample demonstrating editorial layouts, social platforms assets, and advertising marketing.
Expertise in digital media data layouts, specs, and practices.
Outstanding eye for graphics narrative creation, layout design, and corporate identity uniformity.

Basic animated visuals and visual content editing competencies (Adobe After Outcomes, Premiere Pro).
Expertise designing for community-related-first media and viral content.
Capability to adjust rapidly to content direction modifications in a newsroom-style environment.
Comprehension of typography, colour theory, and User interface/User experience principles.
Use AI-driven resources (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Canva Magic Studio) to envision and accelerate innovative result.
