Group Mobilizer, GBV at International Medical Corps (IMC) in Kankia, Katsina

Role summary

The Group Mobilizer will strengthen consciousness, GBV risk risk reduction, and assist to at risk women and girls at the group level.  To execute this position successfully, an individual must be capable to execute each crucial operation with or without rational accommodation:

Guard and Carry out:

• Guarantee adherence with guard procedures and rules
• Promote a safe and helpful operating environment for all GBV employees and associates
• Exemplify core principles of GBV programming, which includes respect, non-discrimination, in charge use of power, nonviolence, and advancement of gender equality 
• Support to the positive image and entire credibility of the programme and company, notably through compliance to the Code of Carry out and Ethics, which includes adherence with anti-harassment, safeguarding and PSEA rules
