Duties

• Process management: Supervise day-to-day activities of all operational units, which includes the front office, room maintenance services, and food solutions, to guarantee productive and smooth functioning.
• Employees Executive guidance: Hire, educate, and oversee hotel employees, supervising effectiveness and inspiring the team to offer exceptional client support.
• Finance Management: Oversee financial plans, projection income, regulate expenditures, and organize financial statements to guarantee profit margin and accomplish financial targets.
• Customer service experience: Ensure outstanding visitor fulfillment by dealing with service issues and matters, and executing plans to improve the customer experience.
• Adherence & Servicing & maintenance: Ensure the hotel aligns with health, safety, and lawful rules, and oversee servicing & maintenance of real estate, inventory, and furnishings.
• Business promotion / sales: Organize and execute promotion programs and advertising marketing to draw in guests, grow occupancy rates, and build client connections.

Qualifications
