Position Overview

• The Top level Financial plan Manager / Cost Accounting officer is in charge of top the financial planning, predicting, and cost accounting methods for the refinery business.
• The position ensures strong budgeting, expense management, and financial difference assessment to assist process effectiveness, margin optimisation, and strategic judgment.
• This individual will team up with Processes, Plan, Stock Chain, and Headquarter Business finance to guarantee alignment between financial strategies and generation realities.
• This individual will make sure business KPIs match with financial KPIs and supply prompt financial difference assessment.
• The position requires in-depth understanding in cost accounting within process industries (preferably petroleum sector or refining), a firm knowledge of refinery operating dynamics (e.g., feedstock-to-return ratios, changeable/fixed cost drivers), and the capability to convert financial findings into implementable business direction.
• Strong insight in procurement methods and capability to evaluate and track the cost parameters from RFQ to dispatch.
