Furniture Assembler at Ascentech Services Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Furniture Assembler to join our team.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of assembling, installing, and finishing furniture goods using both hand resources and power resources.
The position requires robust technical capability, meticulousness, and the capability to operate with precision to guarantee premium quality results.

Assemble furniture parts (wood, metal, modular, upholstered, etc.) according to plans, drawings, or directions.
Use hand resources and power resources productively to cut, drill, fasten, and suit parts.
Examine furniture parts for faults and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
Execute in-field system setups at customer sites when necessary.
Follow safety standard procedures and preserve technical resources in good requirement.
Work alongside team members and supervisors to guarantee on-schedule finish of projects.
Carry out repairs, modifications, or modifications on furniture as needed.
Preserve cleanliness and company in the work zone.

Technical or vocational development in Carpentry, Woodwork, Furniture Making, or relevant field (preferred).
Demonstrated expertise as a Furniture Assembler, Carpenter, or Technician.
Solid understanding of using hand resources and power resources (drills, saws, screwdrivers, sanders, etc.).
Capability to read and analyze technical drawings, plans, and assembly directions.
Good physical stamina and capability to lift heavy furniture parts.
Meticulousness, precision, and finishing quality.
Robust issue resolution and collaborative ability.
