Promotion Executive at Instant Tailoring Services Limited in Lagos

Role summary

We are looking for an achieved Promotion, and Processes Specialist to lead sales increase, head promotion plans, and enhance process effectiveness within our apparel production operations division. This position requires a agile individual competent of coordinating sales andmarketing initiatives, and optimizing operational frameworks to guarantee smooth generation and dispatch.

Duties Promotion:

• Strategize Formulate and Implement plans to stimulate requirement for the corporate identity
• Market via multiple platforms leveraging on client preference, response and findings
• Formulate promotion strategies to persuade and transform clients across project sample and markets, client segmentation using business practices, market avenues, and market tactics to attain measurable outcomes to new or current goods
• Formulate and implement complete promotion strategies to advance our apparel lines, leveraging various channels which includes digital promotion, in-store campaigns, and events.
• Work alongside the promotion team to produce captivating marketing, making sure corporate identity uniformity and alignment with organisation targets.
• Carry out market analysis to stay informed on fashion practices, buyer preferences, and rival plans to lead promotion programs.
• Ensure current documentation and document of promotion initiatives, business promotional effort effectiveness with thorough targets and lead intended requirement across markets.
• Build long term connection and long-term alliances with industry players, customers, participants, market influencers and clients in different client segments

Processes:

• Enhance and supervise the operational frameworks inside the production operations division to guarantee productive generation and on-time completion of apparel.
• Oversee stock levels, generation plans, and stock chain logistics to preserve most effective inventory levels and reduce setbacks.
• Execute plans to maximize output, quality assurance, and cost-performance in production operations processes.

Qualifications

• Applicable Teaching Certification in Business Management, Promotion, or relevant field
• At least 5 years of exhibited success in business promotion & sales positions inside the Fashion or production operations industry, with a good comprehension of production operations or generation processes.
• Established leadership abilities with expertise in coordinating and inspiring sales teams.
• Competence in evaluating business promotion & sales data to lead strategic decisions.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and analytical abilities.

Preferred Competencies:

Reside on the mainland part of Lagos , for relieve of travel.
