Processes Implementation Head at Welcome 2 Africa International in Abuja, Nigeria (with potential international exposure)

About the Position

As we transition into a Hold-Co model (W2A Link, W2A Capital, W2A Trade, W2A Effect Foundation, W2A Farms & Extension Solutions), we are looking for an Processes/Implementation Head to strengthen our corporate backbone and make sure that plan turns into measurable outcomes. The Processes/Implementation Head will act as the engine guest accommodation of implementation; building operational structures, enforcing responsibility, and pushing an environment that fosters superiority across W2A. This position ensures our strategic targets are productively translated into implementable workplans, methods, and outcomes.

Primary duties

• Formulate and supervise corporate and unit-specific workplans in sync with plan.
• Design and enhance methods, processes, and SOPs to enhance effectiveness.
• Enhance output management and ensure outputs are repeatedly accomplished.
• Unify documentation into executive dashboards, offering instantaneous findings.
• Promote an environment that fosters discipline, responsibility, and dispatch superiority.

Preferred candidate Profile

• Expertise: 3 - 5 years in processes, project coordination, advising, or implementation-attentive positions (financial funding, trade facilitation, development, or associated sectors preferred).
• Competencies: Robust in operational structures building, process design, project coordination, and status updates.
• Mentality: Implementation-driven, initiative-driven, meticulous, and flexible in a transitioning company.
• Incentive: Understanding with financial funding, donor, trade facilitation, or export landscapes.
