Duties

• Address client questions through phone, email, and chat in a prompt and specialist manner.
• Settle client concerns and service issues, making sure high levels of client fulfillment.
• Offer product information and support to clients.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges productively and precisely.
• Organize with the warehouse and shipping departments to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.
• Track and oversee stock levels, updating product listings as needed.

Qualifications

• At least age: 20 years and above

• Skilled in operating consistent Windows software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
