Role summary

We are looking for a smart, personable, and energetic Customer service rep (Lady) to join our team. The preferred candidate will act as the first point of reach out for our customers, making sure they accept an outstanding customer experience while also assisting the business promotion & sales process.

Primary duties

• Greet and engage customers, leading them through real estate viewings and inspections.
• Document short real estate travel videos for social platforms and advertising ads.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, which includes follow-ups on directs and questions.
• Offer precise information about accessible properties and solutions.
• Preserve robust customer connections by making sure fulfillment and quick response.
• Assist the business promotion & sales team with managerial and site-associated duty.

Qualifications

• Female applicant, ideally with client support or sales expertise.
• Clear expression and public speaking.
• Friendly, assured, and specialist demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Capability to produce simple real estate walkthrough videos (development will be offered if needed).
• Structured, initiative-driven, and meticulous.
• Must be based in Abuja and ready to move around for real estate showings.
