Client Sales Delegate at Catering Utensils Rentals Lagos in Yaba, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and proactiveCustomer Sales Representativeto join our growing team in the culinary service utensils rentals business. The preferred candidate is someone who loves linking with people, can manage questions competently, close sales with trust, and ensure customers possess a smooth and satisfying rental expertise.

Primary duties

• Participate to walk-in, phone, and social platforms questions in a friendly and specialist manner
• Teach clients about our rental solutions, pricing, bundles, and terms
• Turn prospects into customers into validated appointments and check in on pending ones
• Organize appointments, ensure proper recordkeeping, and organize routine sales documentation
• Oversee client demands, response, and manage minor service issues gracefully
• Assist dispatch/dispatch plans by sharing information with processes team
• Advance our corporate identity positively across all customer touchpoints
• Upsell or endorse complementary rental items where suitable
• Preserve an structured client DB for client engagement and promotion.

Qualifications

• OND / NCE / Higher national diploma
• A minimum of 1 year of expertise in client support or sales (event or rental industry preferred)
• Must be a Female
• Robust verbal and professional writing competencies
• Friendly, assured, and persuasive personality
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.)
• Good company, meticulousness, and task juggling skill
• Must be on time, trustworthy, and initiative-driven
• Lives within close proximity to Yaba.
