Role description
The preferred candidate will be in charge of Coordinating, preserving, and optimizing the company’s facilities and structure while offering specialized skill in Civil engineering works, managing service providers and artisans, directing projects, making sure adherence with compliance guidelines, and assisting process effectiveness. The eligible applicant will bring both engineering expertise and practical expertise in facility management.
Key Processes
- Carry out consistent inspections of buildings, utilities, and structure to recognize and settle concerns.
- Supervise operations and facilities, servicing & maintenance, and civil engineering works across the company.
- Oversee artisans, service providers, and vendors to guarantee quality and prompt service dispatch.
- Offer technical input for renovation and structural advancement projects.
- Organize technical and management documentation on facility status, projects, and enhancements.
- Strategy and oversee facility servicing & maintenance plans.
