Overview

We are looking for a friendly, initiative-driven, and service-oriented individual to join our in-store team as a Customer service rep. The preferred candidate will be in charge of helping clients, managing questions, addressing service issues, and making sure a positive shopping expertise in our store.

Primary duties

• Welcome and greet clients as they enter the store.
• Offer product information, response questions, and help clients in locating items.
• Process sales financial record, returns, and exchanges precisely at the departure processing counter.
• Manage client service issues and settle concerns promptly or report to higher support tier to the store manager as required.
• Preserve a clean, structured, and client-friendly store environment.
• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and attractive.
• Advance store campaigns, commitment programs, and upsell goods where suitable.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, standardized processes, and client support guidelines.
• Work alongside teammates and assist the store manager in day-to-day activities.

Credentials and Competencies

• At least SSCE / OND / equivalent certification; higher education will be an added advantage.
• Previous expertise in client support or in-store is desirable.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Robust issue resolution abilities and patience in managing service issues.
• Basic math and computer competencies for processing financial record.
• Task juggling skill and work in a dynamic environment.
• Specialist appearance and positive mindset.

Operating Terms:

• Position is based in a in-store store environment.
• Changes may comprise of evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• May require standing for extended periods and some lifting of merchandise.
