Qualifications

• Bsc or its equivalent requiring at least Second-class upper or First class
• Track document of pushing various implementations affecting an entire company
• At least 15 years related experience
• Track document of coordinating multicultural teams to supply transformational programs
• Expertise in leveraging Digital initiatives to handle business challenges
• Capability to oversee and mentor a team which is multifaceted in terms of demographics and ability
• Robust stakeholder engagement competencies
• Persistence to get things done in the face of resistance
• Quick learner with exhibited capability to grasp the dynamics of an industry
• Capability to convey productively with middle- and top-management
