Requirement Planner at Beiersdorf in Lagos

Position Objective 

Lead the business organizing process by balancing requirement and stock, combining financial and business organizing, and aligning strategic targets with daily implementation. Ensure dependable requirement projections, most effective stock, and robust cross-operational partnership to attain performance thresholds at the lowest cost.

IMS (Sell-out) Organizing:

Evaluate sell-out and client stockholding data to confirm projections and forecast IMS practices. Work alongside Allocation Planners to guarantee right stock levels across client warehouses.

Master Data governance:

Produce, modify, and preserve master data in OMP, SAP, and PLM/PDM to guarantee precision and avoid duplication. Oversee product master data, NARTS, BOMs, lot sizes, and VAS goods through their lifecycle.

Qualifications Your Profile:

• Tertiary institution or similar academic qualification – preferably in Engineering, Statistics & Mathematics or Other Sciences
• 3-5 years related experience in FMCG
• Improved ability level in Office productivity software (Excel, Power point)
• Power BI expertise is a plus.
• Good expertise in SAP Modules (R3, APODP, APO-SNP) – Expertise in MM and BI will be advantageous.
• Outstanding Critical thinking: High level of meticulousness and capability to operate with a large volume of data.
