Job Description

In charge of building the organization’s aspiration, scaling processes, and making sure superiority in FPSO and vessel management.
Head the development of business strategies, business models, and growth programs.
Build long-term alliances with IOCs, NOCs, and marine service vendors.
Execute asset honesty and reliability programs, servicing & maintenance plans, and crew management operational structures.
Generate income growth through agreement purchase and service growth.
Oversee financial plans, finance reporting, and investor relations.

Bsc in Marine Engineering, Remote marine operations Processes, or a relevant field. Master of business administration or equivalent is a plus.
15 - 20 years in remote marine operations petroleum sector processes, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management.
Necessary to possess in-depth marine-based field exposure, business-related strategic insight, and the capability to head a new venture into a top-performing enterprise.
Demonstrated expertise coordinating FPSOs, marine vessels, and remote marine operations logistics.
Deep knowledge of Nigerian maritime rules, remote marine operations safety guidelines, and asset honesty and reliability.
