Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and outcomes-driven Social media personnel to head our social platforms presence across various channels. The preferred candidate will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out plans that build corporate identity consciousness, engage target groups, lead switches, and strengthen our online group.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute a complete social platforms plan in sync with the organization’s promotion and business targets.
• Oversee and supervise the organization’s social platforms channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Produce, curate, and issue compelling content (posts, videos, stories, reels, graphics, etc.) that reflects the corporate identity’s voice.
• Track, evaluate, and documentation on social platforms effectiveness using data analysis resources, modifying plans to enhance reach and relation.
• Address comments, messages, and client questions across social platforms in a prompt and specialist manner.
• Work alongside promotion, design, and content teams to guarantee uniformity in marketing and corporate identity narrative creation.
• Stay current with social platforms practices, emerging channels, and rival initiatives to keep the organization forward of the curve.
• Oversee paid social platforms marketing, which includes allocation of budget, audience targeting, and effectiveness tracking.
• Build and sustain connections with influencers, corporate identity proponents, and online networks.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an OND, Higher national diploma, or Bsc with 3-5 years of expertise.
