Football Mentor Apprentice at HTT Academy (7 Openings) in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Mentor Entry-level trainee programme is designed for fresh graduates or junior experts committed to football mentoring and youth development. The assistant will undergo organized development, guidance, and practical exposure to mentoring structured approaches, academy processes, and player development programs.

Primary duties

• Help top level trainers in organizing and supplying development sessions across different age groups.
• Assist player evaluations, effectiveness supervising, and status updates.
• Observe and learn modern football mentoring methods, tactics, and fitness programs.
• Coordinate smooth running of academy development plans, matches, and field experiments.
• Assist oversee development tools, kits, and other assets.
• Advance discipline, collaboration, and academy values among players.
• Engage in workshops, seminars, and internal learning sessions as part of the development programme.
• Offer input and consistent documentation to the Chief Mentor on advancement and learning results.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Recent or past graduate (Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma) in any site
• Enthusiasm for football, youth mentoring, and sports development.
• Basic expertise in football regulations, tactics, and fitness development.
• Clear expression, executive guidance, and people skills.
• Growth mindset, adjust, and pledge to career progression.
• Previous playing or volunteering expertise in football (preferred but not required).
