The Academy Mentor Teacher will be in charge of supplying organized education programs for academy trainers using defined syllabuses and modules.

Work alongside the Technical/Academy Director to enhance and improve the Academy’s mentor education programs.
Integrate value based development (ethics, executive guidance, collaboration, respect) to shape coachesas position models for young players.
Stay current with emerging practices in football mentoring, sport science, and sportsman development, and combine applicable advancements into capacity-building plans.
Introduce and strategic trial with online platforms, effectiveness evaluation software, and e-learning channels to improve mentor education dispatch.
Motivate innovationprojects among trainers (e.g., mentor-guided analysis, new development drills, group outreach programs.)

Bsc (or higher) in educational studies, Sports Science, Mentoring, Physical Education, or a relevant field.
Training or lecturing expertise (in sports, education, or associated subjects).
Official Mentor Education Accreditation (e.g., CAF/UEFA Mentor Teacher Permit, FA Instructor Permit, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
Expertise in syllabus development, development dispatch, or instructional design.
Solid understanding of football development principles and mentoring structured approaches (practical playing/mentoring profile is a plus but not crucial).
Outstanding visual communication, facilitation, and verbal abilities.
Competence in using teaching tech (slides, video evaluation, online learning channels) is a plus.
