Job Description
Duties
- Coordinating the organizing and execution of CAF Main Tournaments and Special Events which includes Tournament Draws, CAF Honors & Medal Ceremonies.
- Support to the ideation, design, requirements, and financial planning for events (stage, podium, technical generation, etc.).
- Proactively coordinating and strategizing all event needs.
- Progressing, preserving, and coordinating external associates and vendors for various events and swag, which includes discussing terms most effective terms.
- Rising the relation plan, innovative method, organizing, and implementation of CAF Tournaments & Special Events.
- Generating thorough proposals for events, e.g., timelines, notions, venues, suppliers, lawful obligations, manpower planning, and financial plans.
- Coordinating notions implementations and processes with CAF applicable departments, external participants and event agencies.
- Execute thorough venue evaluations and produce strategic strategies to enhance logistics and send documentation.
- Assisting team with in-field implementation and management, which includes manpower planning and resourcing.
- Top the project team and all coordinating with with within and outside the organization participants.
- Coordinating event financial plan and tracking expenditures.
- Conceptualizing and supplying event enablement to comprise of pre-event briefings, at-event briefings, and lead post-event client engagement briefings and event retrospectives.
Qualifications (Profile)
- Bachelor's or MSC in Business Management.
- Previous expertise of 10 years at least in the event industry, event generation, event management.
- Wide competence in the technical qualifications of event generation.
- Expertise in the sports industry is a plus.
- Any additional accreditation connected with event is a plus.
- Robust project coordination competencies with a definite aim on dispatch and premium quality guidelines.
- Capability to collaboration with very good community-related competencies.
- Capability to build solid connections in a diverse workplace.
- Capability to operate smart under pressure and productively on various project requests at the same time, and to transaction with possibility for tight due dates and unexpected complications.
- Clear expression and dispute settlement competencies.
- Adaptable with travelling.
- Skilled in Office productivity software and expertise using event admin systems.
- Fluent in English and/or French language both documented and spoken; command of any other CAF formal languages (English, French, Arabic) will be an added advantage.
