Purpose Goal

The pharmacy unit delivers medical assistant solutions in pharmacotherapy, critical to delivering the company’s purpose through supplying quality medications, rational medicine usage, and optimizing patients’ treatment results through suitable counseling.

Inform: Relation:

Record patient and family education. Formulate and execute the training strategy utilizing the patient education documented guide. Think critically in adjusting to adjustment, judging conditions, and taking suitable decisions. Follow EHA Clinics Code of Carry out in addition to professional conduct of the site. Analyze symptoms so that the patient can either be provided instant treatment for a trifling requirement or be referred to the doctor. Protect patients and technicians by conforming to infection-regulate procedures. Offer encouragement and measures to ease fear and anxiety. Offer pharmaceutical care solutions which may comprise of, but are not limited to, patient needs evaluation, age and disease-specific drug therapy and patient education, care modifications based on patient response, and clinical interventions to recognize, reduce, and avoid adverse drug reactions.

Qualifications

At least certification of Bsc in Pharmacy / M.Pharm / PharmD At least two (2) years post service progressive expertise in Pharmacy inside the private and public sector. Expertise operating with community health and health operational structures is a plus. Applicants must be a official member of Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) with an current practicing permit

Key Zones of Note:

Keep current possessing applicable medical analysis, tech, and evidence-based medical practice by participating ongoing education courses and specialist sessions, reading transaction entries, etc. Analysis unusual symptoms and treatment options, through meeting with physicians and other medical specialists.
