Strategic collaborations Director at Zipline Nigeria in Pambegua, Kaduna

About You and the Position

One of Zipline’s core values is client obsession. We are looking for a proven sales strategist and customer support to head and supervise growth of our key strategic collaborations in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. As the Strategic collaborations Director, you’ll be in charge of conceptualizing a collaboration plan and serve as the chief driver of application scenario growth by managing initiatives between Sales and Processes teams and the state. This includes responsibility for conceptualizing value propositions to introduce new application scenarios and scale current ones, leveraging data to show effect and value to current customers, operating hand-in-hand with decision-makers to guarantee our logistics and data solutions are optimizing health and financial consequence, and coordinating connections with primary stakeholders in government and at financing and executing entities in the state.

Duties What you’ll do:

• Own the customer expertise from the time a transaction is closed through execution and growth
• Head effect and economic value discussions with participants to shape ongoing consolidation of our service into government operational structures for maximal return on financial funding
• Leverage findings to assist government, sub-agencies, and other associates to enhance community health organizing, predicting, and strategic judgment, repeatedly presenting Zipline’s value proposition around data
• Track wellness practices against Zipline utilization and collaborate with the government to enhance standard operating standardized processes that convey the essence of wanted service terms, usage, and effect
• Oversee every quarter projections and projected effect against governments’ health and economic targets; ensure Zipline is acted on behalf of in government’s yearly and every quarter projections
• Team up with Processes to guarantee programs, projects, and new application scenarios are executed against their organized timelines and in line with customer requirements
• Assist joint analysis organizing and development, which includes application scenario pilots, analysis studies, and new supervising projects with government and other local associates
• Actively track two-party and multi-party capital and obligations in-country and proactively collaborate with the government to shape applicable projects
• Collaborate with Promotion to guarantee our strategic collaborations in Bayelsa are adequately elevated and visible on social platforms channels
