Responsibilites
- On-boarding of new clients and retention of current ones
- Growing the bank’s loan project sample and deposit mobilization.
- Preserving solid connections with potential and current clients to guarantee regular project sample growth.
- Recordkeeping, assessment, and processing of loan applications for management authorization.
- Pushing the accomplishment of routine, on a weekly basis, and every month caseload and disbursement targets.
- Post-disbursement loan supervising and making sure prompt repayment.
- Making sure full adherence with the bank’s credit regulatory framework.
- Prompt recovery of loans in arrears, making sure the set limits are not exceeded.
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc
- 1– 3 years work expertise.
- Must possess good computer expertise
- Must possess effective communication competencies (Verbal and Documented)
- Interpersonal building relationship,
- Great negotiationskills
- Problemsolving, meticulousness, honesty and reliability, entrepreneurship mentality.
