Job Description
Obligations
- Execute standard procedure electrical servicing & maintenance duty, which includes inspections, running test, and repairs.
- Diagnose issues electrical faults and defeats and execute corrective actions.
- Formulate and execute electrical servicing & maintenance plans and standardized processes.
- Work alongside generation teams to guarantee electrical operational structures assist production operations processes and meet quality benchmarks.
- Design and execute electrical system upgrades and enhancements.
- Oversee electrical servicing & maintenance financial plans and ensure cost-performance.
- Offer learning and assist to technicians.
- Help other team members in the plant to reduce non-operational time.
- Guarantee adherence with electrical safety guidelines and rules.
- Take up IMS duties which includes status updates unsafe act or requirement in the office, engaging in fire or crisis drill at work, engaging in system issue status updates and investigative as required and compliance to Organisation rules.
- Formulate and preserve preventive and predictive servicing & maintenance plans for all tools.
- Strategy corrective servicing & maintenance duty, making sure minimal effect on generation.
- Organize servicing & maintenance initiatives with generation, engineering, and safety departments.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and allocate work orders.
- Ensure precise position strategies, which includes work, materials, resources, and health and safety protocols.
- Track and modify work orders in the Automated Servicing & maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Evaluate tools non-operational time, setback patterns, and servicing & maintenance expenses.
- Organize and show documentation on servicing & maintenance effectiveness and KPIs.
- Engage in Root Cause Evaluation (RCA) for recurring tools concerns.
- Endorse enhancements to servicing & maintenance methods and tools reliability.
- Assist Total Efficient Servicing & maintenance (TPM) and other reliability programs.
- Verify that every servicing & maintenance initiatives adhere with safety rules and organisation rules.
- Integrate risk evaluations and safe work standardized processes into position strategies.
At least Qualifications
- Bsc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or HND qualification ideally in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field plus a minimum of 3-5 years servicing & maintenance organizing expertise in production operations, processing or industrial environment.
- Expertise in safety, health and environment plus competencies in computer in application of MS Excel, word, CorelDraw, CMMS software and capable to analyze electrical drawings is a plus
- Good comprehension of mechanical/electrical operational structures and industrial tools.
