Duties

• To generate and hygienically fill non defective jerry cans (bottles or pouches) precisely with wholesome product 
• Calibration of all top load scales must be done on change basis (to prevent under fillings and over fillings)    
• Sustains tools in most effective requirement (CLIT, safety checklist etc)
• Keeps the environment of the packing plant especially your work zone clean in line with GMP and 5s and clean-as-you-go philosophy
• Operates the tools to acquire regular and uninterrupted process of the plant in line with the thorough generation strategies (check routine generation strategy on board of directors)
•  Takes and document business parameters at necessary intervals (per hour generation result on board of directors offered is essential)
• Troubleshoots minor challenges (all these must be documented in your handover notebook)
• To do all duty in line with laid down QMS, GMP, HACCP and FSMS rules
• To adhere with all safety regulations laid down in the Packing plant (don’t by-pass safety locks, don’t by-pass or remove machine security officers, don’t operate unsafe machines)
• Ensures all generation tank levels are tracked and kept within regulate during processes (know the tank(s) you are packing from and the quantity in the tank(s), find out about stand by tank and its temperature)
• Replaces oil filter bags as at when due as stated in the business standardized process (four, four per hour supervising of CCP requirement is compulsory and shall be documented in the logbook offered at once), 
• Ensures the preparedness of generation machinery in addition to wrapping and unedited materials as per the day’s generation timetable (opening inventory-OS, receipt, generation result, closing inventory-CS and remark columns must be filled in the schedule offered), per hour generate tonnage shall be documented in the ‘oil tracking form’ offered.
