Job Description

Formulate and execute complete promotion plans in sync with the bank’s business targets.
Head corporate identity development, positioning, and communications plans through all platforms.
Supervise market analysis and evaluation to recognize development potentials and practices.
Lead customer conversion, relation, and retention through targeted marketing.
Oversee digital and traditional promotion endeavors which includes social platforms, Public relations, marketing, and events.
Work alongside cross-operationally with product, sales, and processes to guarantee alignment.
Build and train a top-performing promotion team.
Track KPIs and ROI of promotion programs and improve efficiency as appropriate.
Advocate creative invention in promotion tech and analytics-based strategic judgment.

Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field (Master of business administration orprofessional promotion accreditation will be an added advantage).
At least 7 years of progressive promotion expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive guidance/executive rolewithin financial solutions, microfinance.
Deep knowledge of the Nigerian financial market and client conduct.
Established history of corporate identity building, digital transformation, and promotion-guided growth.
Exceptional executive guidance, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
Logical mentality with a analytics-based approach to promotion.
Expertise in client segmentation, marketing management, and CRM operational structures.
