Driver at Efab Properties in Garki, Asokoro - Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

The Driver is in charge of offering safe and productive transportation for senior leaders, top level management, and VIP guests of the company. This position needs competence, discretion, and outstanding pushing competencies, in addition to the capability to protect privacy and uphold the highest guidelines of client support.

Accident and threat control:

• Follow all traffic legal provisions and rules to guarantee the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
• Preserve a defensive pushing approach to expect and avoid possibility risks on the road.
• Carry out standard procedure vehicle inspections to recognize any concerns and documentation them for prompt servicing & maintenance or repairs.
• Preserve expertise in crisis standardized processes and procedures to take action productively in case of accidents or other crises.
• Competence and Discretion:
• Uphold a specialist appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the values and guidelines of the company.
• Exercise discretion and secrecy in managing sensitive information and conversations that may occur during transportation.
• Establish trust and show outstanding people skills with passengers, offering a welcoming and courteous expertise.
• Information exchange and Synchronization:
• Convey productively with passengers to verify planning, pick-up, and drop-off description.
• Organize with managerial employees or executive assistants to accept directions and status reports on transportation qualifications.
• Offer frequent updates on commute advancement and any deviations from organized routes or plans.

Miscellaneous Obligations:

• Execute occasional errands or duty on representation of senior leaders, which includes picking up/supplying bundles or documents.
• Help with vehicle-associated managerial duty, which includes fueling, servicing & maintenance records, and coverage recordkeeping.
• Stay informed about local events, road closures, and other factors that may affect commute strategies.

Necessary Credentials

• Minimun of SSCE or equivalent in applicable field.
• At least of3 years’ specialist pushing expertise, ideally with a building organizationin Abuja.
• Valid driving permit for applicable vehicle categories.
• Good expertise ofroutes within Abujaand capability to useGoogle Maps or other navigation resources.
• Deep knowledge of local traffic rules and road safety procedures.
• Capability to deliver basic vehicle checks and standard procedure servicing & maintenance.
• Robust document-keeping competencies for preserving precise logbooks.
• Effective communication competencies and capability to preserve uninterrupted reach out with the base during trips.
• Dedication to secrecy, honesty and reliability, and compliance to Efab Properties LTD Code of Carry out.
• Adaptive schedule and readiness to commute to site sites in sometimes difficult terms.
