Corporate head at the Congenital Heart Disease Foundation of Nigeria (CHDF) in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Corporate head will be in charge of offering strategic executive guidance, monitoring day-to-day activities, building strategic collaborations, and making sure the efficient execution of our programs and programs. This position requires a driven, outcomes-oriented leader with a solid experience in non-profit management, healthcare, or associated fields.

Primary duties

• Head the strategic organizing and implementation of CHDFNigeria’s aspiration and purpose.
• Supervise capital raising, donor relation, and financial long-term viability.
• Oversee employees, voluntary assistants, and programme processes.
• Stand for the foundation in public forums, media, and participant collaborations.
• Promote strategic collaborations with local and international entities.

Credentials

• A academic qualification in Community health, Non-profit Management, Business Management, or a relevant field (postgraduate degree preferred).
• Established leadership expertise in the non-profit, healthcare, or development sector.
• Deep knowledge of community health concerns, especially connected with CHD, is a plus.
• Clear articulation, capital raising, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
