Role description
The IT systems support Officer will offer IT assistance to employees, ensure smooth running of digital infrastructure, and help with hardware, software, and network diagnosing issues. The position requires a initiative-driven specialist who can settle concerns productively while supplying outstanding user assist.
Certification
- Bsc / Higher national diploma in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in IT systems support, helpdesk, or system management.
- Specialist qualifications which includes CompTIA At, Network, IT IL, or Microsoft Accredited are a desirable asset.
- Practical experience with hardware servicing & maintenance, system system setups, and user assist.
- Expertise in cybersecurity industry standards will be a plus.
Competencies:
- Robust diagnosing issues and diagnostic abilities.
- Outstanding expertise in Windows OS, MS Workspace Suite, and common business applications.
- Basic comprehension of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding with cloud channels (Microsoft office productivity suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
- Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
- Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various duty.
