Job Description

To help the QAQC On-site specialist in making sure inspection procedures of post metering initiatives at the Business Units.

Ensure the solution of all technical and non-system problems concerning the client metering/grievance within 72 hours of escalation.
Organize On a weekly basis strategies based on quality oversights, exception escalations
Ensure investigative of client metering service issues allocated and offering technical comments on various inquiries.
Ensure proper recordkeeping of all routine site initiatives using CWA and CRM
Verify that every inspection procedures of NMD site metering initiatives for the Business Units.
Escalation of concerns to applicable teams which comprise of BU Vigilance Teams, QAQC surveillance Team and Others.
Part duty for business-related loss reduction as connected with metering.
Part duty for the collation and assessment of the survey/installation quality.
Part duty for preserving and making sure quality benchmarks on all metering programs.
Track the productivity and capacity of other team members
Adhere with Standards oversight System / Profession Health & Safety qualifications which includes targets and relevant rules concerning allocated roles.
Carry out any other obligations upon demand by superior officers in line with accepted work process or SLAs.

First academic qualification in community-related science/ Engineering Requires 2- 3 years post certification expertise

Basic expertise in industry compliance obligation and energy accounting/auditing.
Comprehension of Metering structure and capability
Comprehensive comprehension of electrical wiring and cable requirements.
Good Critical thinking.
Attention to Description
