Driver at Handyman Daige Properties in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

This position requires compliance to all traffic legal provisions and rules, making sure the safety of passengers and cargo, and preserving the vehicle in outstanding requirement.

Primary duties

• Safely lead organisation / private vehicles to appointed sites, making sure prompt supplies and pick-ups.
• Preserve a clean and well-functioning vehicle, executing consistent checks and servicing & maintenance.
• Strategy and oversee productive routes to enhance commute time and fuel usage.
• Follow all traffic rules and organisation rules regarding pushing and safety.
• Finalize vehicle data records and documentation as necessary.
• Convey productively with management and team members to coordinate smooth processes.
• Offer outstanding client support to customers and employees.
• Documentation any accidents, incidents, or mechanical concerns for executive review at once.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an FSLC / Higher national diploma / NCE  OND / Bsc
• Valid driver's permit and suitable qualifications.
• Demonstrated expertise as a driver (5+ years).
• Expertise in Abuja and surrounding zones, which includes traffic patterns and routes.
• Understanding with vehicle servicing & maintenance and fix will be an added advantage.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends or evenings / late nights.
• A clean pushing document and no record of serious traffic violations.
• Must be willign to begin at once.
• Must be capable to lead documented guide vehicle.
• Must possess a smart phone and know how to use google map.
