Position Overview

The Customer service rep plays a main responsibility in making sure clients enjoy a smooth and positive shopping expertise. The CSR will manage questions, service issues, and financial record while preserving high-grade item expertise, helping with sales, and assisting store processes to attain client fulfillment and commitment.

Sales Support:

• Mentor clients in locating goods and making buy decisions.
• Cross-sell and upsell goods to grow sales.
• Preserve expertise in campaigns, commitment programs, and special proposals.

Team & Adherence:

• Collaborate with other team members to meet store targets.
• Follow organisation rules, standardized processes, and client support guidelines.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene rules.

Credentials & Competencies

• At least Higher national diploma / OND; Bsc is a plus.
• 1 year of client support or in-store expertise preferred.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Capability to manage financial record with precision and meticulousness.
• Basic computer expertise (POS operational structures, MS Workspace).
• Task juggling skill, perform in high-stress situations, and stay specialist with difficult clients.
