Job Description

We are looking for a highly structured and meticulous Quality and Order Manager to supervise our order fulfillment, stock, and procurement methods.
This position is in charge of making sure the highest quality benchmarks, precise order dispatch, productive stock management, and efficient vendor connections.
The preferred candidate is a initiative-driven leader with robust analytical abilities and a enthusiasm for client fulfillment.

Head and oversee quality assurance standardized processes across order processing coordinator, which includes inspections and audits.
Supervise stock organizing, inventory rotation, and optimization plans to guarantee accessibility and precision.
Oversee the comprehensive order fulfillment process, making sure prompt and precise dispatch.
Oversee procurement initiatives which includes vendor selection, supplier effectiveness, and agreement administration.
Track results indicators, produce documentation, and execute ongoing development programs.
Work alongside client support to settle order-associated concerns and handle client response.
Offer direction and direction to unit managers in procurement, fulfillment, stock, and quality assurance.

Bsc / Higher national diploma certification in applicable academic site
At least 3 years’ expertise in quality assurance, order fulfillment, stock, or procurement, with executive guidance expertise.
Solid understanding excellent quality management, stock operational structures, and procurement industry standards.
Competence in Enterprise platform planning operational structures and MS Workspace resources.
Outstanding executive guidance, logical, and analytical abilities.
