Sales Operations coordinator - Mobile Installment at PalmPay Limited in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Sales Operations coordinator will assist the Business Development (BD) operation by making sure that effectiveness tracking operational structures, reward programs, and development assist are productively executed and handled. This position works cross-operationally with BI, Development, and Business Development teams to improve sales performance, enhance team responsibility, and advance alignment with corporate targets.

Primary duties

• Execute and oversee the incentive and penalty system for the Business Development team, making sure fair and transparent implementation.
• Work alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) team to track and evaluate BD group results data.
• Track results practices and report to higher support tier matters to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Zone Managers (ZMs) for appropriate action.
• Collaborate with the Development team to carry out orientation and refresher sessions on BD rules and SOPs.
• Track the execution of rules and standardized processes, and offer implementable response to enhance development performance.
• Assist the synchronization of strategic sessions for ZMs and BDMs; guarantee promptness recordkeeping and circulation of session notes.
• Offer managerial and status updates assist to guarantee alignment between frontline teams and internal workflows.
