Regional In-store Organizer at M-KOPA Nigeria in Nigeria

About the Position

The primary goal of a Regional In-store Organizer is to assist in-store shops, depots and inventory points on daily basis on logistics, inventory, client and sales service for smooth running and solution of concerns.

Obligations

• Inventory in shops: Minimize inventory shortage occurrence in the region by re-ordering understocked SKUs to individual shops
• Aged inventory: Assist FSMs, SEs and shops in aged inventory returns and reallocations in addition to in status updates lost phones
• DSR inventory holding: Assist FSMs, SEs, and shops to guarantee all active closing sales DSRs and new DSRs are holding inventory inside the min-max levels
• Phone repairs: Oversee the dispatch of phones to fix center within SLA and clients pick repaired phones within SLA too
• Cancellations: Ensure cancellations inside the region are closed in time.
• Settle concerns skilled by shop assistants as they arise
• Any other duty allocated by the manager

Qualifications

• Applicants should have at least College Certification in a Commercial site
• A minimum of 2 years of operating in sales or in-store site
• Competence in Office productivity software with basic MS Excel and MS word expertise and good status updates competencies
• A good leader with empathy prepared to assist low-level employees
• Effective communication on email, telephone, in person.
• Capable to self-oversee and proactive action without being micro-handled.
