Comprehend recruiting needs and establish position qualifications.
Acquire certified applicants through position boards, social platforms, skilled databases, relationship building, and client recommendations.
Compose and post compelling position summaries on various channels.
Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on ability set, expertise, and workplace alignment.
Match applicants to appropriate job opportunities and organize interview methods with customers.
Preserve applicant databases and candidate tracking operational structures (ATS) with current information.
Stay updated on market trends, work legal provisions, and employment sector modifications, and attractive remuneration benchmarks.

Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field.
At least 1–3 years’ expertise in hiring process, recruitment, or a similar Human resources position.
Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities, with the capability to participate applicants and build customer connections.
Understanding with ATS resources and online procurement methods
Capability to operate on various positions and meet recruiting due dates in a dynamic environment.
Expertise operating in a hiring process agency or placement consultancy.
Should possess advising expertise.
