Explanation

The Social media personnel will supervise the digital presence of Winnys Meals across the Eatery, Club, and Social space divisions. The position is in charge of producing compelling content, building corporate identity visibility, coordinating online networks, and pushing client relation.

Obligations/Duties

• Formulate and execute a social platforms plan in sync with the organization’s aspiration.
• Produce and oversee premium quality, compelling, and trendy content (photos, videos, reels, and stories).
• Timetable and issue posts repeatedly across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Track, address, and engage with clients across community-related channels.
• Track, evaluate, and documentation on social platforms key indicators.
• Oversee online reputation by supervising assessments, client response, and public mentions.
• Stay informed on practices in hotel management, food, lifestyle, and entertainment promotion.

Competencies and Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, or relevant field (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Social media personnel, Digital marketing specialist, or Digital producer in the service sector.
• Proficient abilities in photography, videography, and graphic design resources (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Outstanding expertise in social platforms channels, practices, and algorithms.
• Clear expression and narrative creation competencies.
• Creativeness, fashion sense, and trend consciousness (in sync with the Eatery, Club, and Social space lifestyle).
