Position Overview

This role is in charge of organizing position budget forecasts, preliminary turnaround and/or financial plans, expense monitoring, predicting, and finance reporting.

Position Description

• Evaluate Tendering recordkeeping to organize time, cost, materials, and work estimates.
• Advise with vendors and staff in other departments to discuss and develop estimates and settle concerns;
• Make sure that explanations are elevated well in time to get better visual precision on offer entry
• Evaluate of Bid proposals on receipt to guarantee its thoroughness
• Evaluate plans and product requirements to precisely decide the quantities of materials needed;
• Assessments drawings and requirements to decide expenses; analyzes third-party estimates and tracks market expenses to confirm estimates.
• Organize and preserve a directory of suppliers, service providers and subcontractors.
• Solicit and evaluate external vendor proposals to assist offer entries;
• Acquire material pricing and arrange all the information necessary to produce and send proposals to customers;
• Make sure that business-related entries of tenders are fully obeyed with all necessary description
• Use thorough spreadsheets and Customer-authorized design frameworks to calculate the offer price;
• Designs, executes, and sustains cost estimating DB(s) using various software apps.
• Commuting to position sites to compile details on materials, work, and other factors that will shape the offer price.
• Proactively collaborate with the Procurement Group to guarantee Vendors RFQ Technical and Business-related Offer Reviews are finished without delay
• Take part in inspection procedures of finished offers in consonance to the offer requirement/check lists and ensure offer adherence to prepare requirement of agreement in the ITT.
• Engage in on-site visits/pre-offer sessions
• Take part in the entire offer wrapping exercise to guarantee that offers are provided on due date
• Any additional tasks as allocated

Qualifications

Bsc in Quantity Survey, Engineering or any discipline, Physics and Computer Science.
