Chief, Fixed Line Business at Ascentech Services Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and strategic specialist to head our Fixed Line In-store Business, covering all business sites. The successful applicant will be in charge of pushing customer conversion, retention, and income increase through FTTx and WTTx technical solutions.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee the Fixed Line team to attain customer conversion and income targets.
• Ensure efficient cold calling, funnel formation, and pipeline management to meet business targets.
• Lead client loyalty through initiative-driven connection management and productive problem solving.
• Develop and execute every quarter/annually business strategies.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to guarantee prompt system setups and efficient aftersales assist.
• Supply on every month, every quarter, and annually effectiveness targets.
• Routinely educate and upskill the direct business development team.
• Build and preserve solid connections with CXO-level decision-makers and HNW customers.
• Oversee and bargain agreements in both B2C and B2B environments.

Qualifications

• A Graduate or Postgraduate Academic qualification is essential.
• Applicants with a technical profile (Engineering certification/academic qualification) will be provided preference.
• 12 - 15 years of applicable professional background in the Telecom sector (Mobile or ISP) with a concentration on 4G LTE and FTTx.
• Prior expertise coordinating Direct Sales teams (10+ DSEs) in a B2C environment.
• Established history in Direct Closing sales, Connection Management, and Income Production.
• Robust expertise discussing terms and closing agreements in a B2B environment.
