Obligations & Duties

• Processing and checking bills by precisely matching buy orders and receipts.
• Getting ready and carrying out prompt payments through suitable channels which includes bank transfers or checks.
• Preserving precise and current vendor records, dealing with vendor questions competently and promptly.
• Executing consistent adjustments of outstanding bills ledgers and assisting end of month closing initiatives.
• Making sure compliance to internal financial regulates, accounting rules, and audit qualifications.
• This position supports to strengthening process effectiveness and honesty and reliability in financial processing, assisting the Foundation’s broader objective of supplying influential programs through robust financial stewardship.
• Other duty upon demand by your manager.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc with 3 - 6 years of expertise.
