We are looking for a devoted, results driven and result driven individual to join our team. S/he will be in charge of efficient provisioning, installation/setup, process, servicing & maintenance of operational structures software & hardware, in addition to associated Structure.
S/he will make sure that associated standardized processes follow organisational values, empowering employees members, voluntary assistants and associates.
In addition, s/he will engage in technical R & D to enable ongoing creative invention within Structure.
The structure Expert will help project teams with system problems in commencement and organizing phases in line with “The Exchange’s” standard Project Structured approach (SDLC).

Preserve and manage company’s physical and virtual Structure, making sure effectiveness, capacity, and accessibility targets are fulfilled.
Oversee and track Structure parts which includes servers, firewalls and storage operational structures.
Offer daily business assist, diagnosing issues incidents, and carrying out service requests.
Help in design and execution of ability to scale Structure initiatives across on-premises and Cloud environments.
Assist setup, patching, and upgrading of system software and firmware.
Execute supervising initiatives to proactively recognize and settle effectiveness or accessibility disruptions.
Work alongside cybersecurity team to ensure adherence to guard rules and regulates across all Structure layers.
Ensure operational structures are conforming with compliance-related frameworks and Internal Audit qualifications. Assist standard procedure audits, penetration tests, and risk evaluations.

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Tech, Computer Engineering, or associated discipline.
At least 5+ years'' cognate expertise in a similar position within a controlled environment ideally Financial Solutions Industry.

Readiness to operate any time or weekends as required.
Proven competence in the items listed, Windows/Linux steward management, Network Firewall structure (Cisco, Checkpoint, or similar), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Backup and recovery operational structures (Veeam, CommVault, etc.), Cloud channels (Microsoft Azure preferred, AWS or similar).
